2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival will begin on 
Friday, April 13 
and ends on 
Sunday, April 22


The first weekend of the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is in the books and we explored everything from Beyoncé’s epic Saturday headlining to some of the stunning art installation pieces.

Last weekend, Coachella, the internationally renowned festival, opened in Indio, California. It's here in the desert that, for the last 19 years, the world's most celebrated musicians have taken to the stage, but also where summer fashion trends are perpetuated.

Take a quick look through this year's Coachella street style photos and you'll see a few recurring elements: fringe and embroidery; gladiator sandals and desert boots; metallic bindi tattoos; Mexican-style embroidery and vintage-inspired anything.

The initial obsession with the celebrities who graced Glastonbury in rubber boots, short-shorts and vintage fur in the mid-aughts has spawned a global fashion aesthetic that continues to thrive as modern festival-goers scour the shops for pieces that evoke the right aesthetic.

Οι κορυφαίες τάσεις στο μακιγιάζ για την Άνοιξη / Καλοκαίρι 2018 παρουσιάστηκαν στις πασαρέλες των κορυφαίων οίκων μόδας και έκλεψαν τις εντυπώσεις. Πρόκειται για μερικές κλασσικές ιδέες βαψίματος, αλλά και κάποιες πιο ιδιαίτερες επιλογές.

Η άνοιξη είναι εδώ, η διάθεση είναι ανεβασμένη και κάπως βαρεθήκαμε τα συνηθισμένα μακιγιάζ. Πόση ακόμα καφέ σκιά να φορέσουμε; Πόσο μαύρο μολύβι; Θέλουμε κάτι διαφορετικό, χρωματιστό και διασκεδαστικό.

Οι make up artists απο τις πασαρέλες αποκάλυψαν πρόσωπα εκθαμβωτικά, βλέμματα σαγηνευτικά, με νέες τεχνικές και με προϊόντα σε μεταλλικές υφές, που τοποθετήθηκαν σε ζυγωματικά και μάτια. Για παράδειγμα, η τάση για το φετινό καλοκαίρι θέλει πρόσωπα λαμπερά με φρέσκια εμφάνιση. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι απίστευτα όμορφο και εκθαμβωτικό με τη χρήση μεταλλικών υφών.

Τα έγχρωμα eyeliners σε φωτεινά χρώματα και μια επιστροφή στο μπλε και τιρκουάζ χρώμα ματιών, είναι αυτό που έχουμε περισσότερο ανάγκη για να καλωσορίσουμε την άνοιξη. Υπάρχει ακόμα ένα χρώμα που θα φορεθεί το καλοκαίρι και ας μη θυμίζει θάλασσα αλλά ένα μαγευτικό. Φανταστείτε ένα καλοκαιρινό ηλιοβασίλεμα που έχει συνδυαστεί με αποχρώσεις πορτοκαλί και ροζ. Όσο για τα χείλη, τα ζωντανά κόκκινα του πάθους ταιριάζουν απόλυτα με τις ηλιοκαμένες επιδερμίδες και τα ζεστά μπρονζέ ζυγωματικά.

We've all been there. That feeling when you wake up, look in your wardrobe and decide you have no outfits to wear. The fact of the matter is, you just need some fashion inspiration something that will help you look at your wardrobe in a new way.
April isn't an easy month to dress for even though it calls in the first 'official' day of spring, it's still rainy but also *slightly* warmer. Your thick coat feels cumbersome, but to go without one entirely would be daft. You want to wear that slip dress you bought last month, but it stills too cold.
